You may have inquiries, so here are some commonly asked questions for you to understand international shipping better: 

Q. Why are the taxes of my country not calculated? 
A. Custom fees, duties, and taxes of the international shipping addresses (outside UAE) will be charged at the destination port by the shipping company (DHL). These charges will be due at the time of the delivery of the package. 

 

Q.  Can I make changes to my delivery address? 
A. As per the shipping company policy (DHL), if there is any change in the given shipping address at the time of delivery, then the customer will be charged an extra US $ 14.98. Therefore, the customer needs to enter the detailed and accurate shipping address at the checkout. 

 

Q. My package is stuck in customs, how can I receive it? 
A. The shipping company will request the customer (consignee) to provide certain documents like invoices etc. to clear the shipment from customs.

Note: It is agreed by both parties that if the consignee cannot do so, the shipment will be returned to the destination shipper (Hemani). Hemani will return the paid amount after deducting the export and return charges of the shipment. 

 

Q. How long will the package be shipped in? 
A. After receiving the order, we ship it in the following 2-3 working days. You will receive the DHL tracking number will be sent to your email address to track your order with the estimated delivery time.
